We hear classics and rarities, including 1970s records by Jimmy Rowles and Pepper Adams that are part of the KUSP Digital Restoration Project, transferring rare vinyl to compact disc format.  Also featured: an excerpt from Ten Freedom Summers, trumpeter Wadada Leo Smith's massive new work on the Civil Rights Movement, which is the subject of a review on the music page at kusp.org.
