PLAYLIST FOR GIANT STEPS
Wednesday, July 12, 2000
Tonight's edition of Giant Steps begins with music
that crosses genres, blending in "popular" and "world" music. Included
is the work of Ann Dyer, whom I interviewed live in preparation for her
appearance in Carmel Saturday, July 15th. The latter half of the
program features longer tracks from reissues of creative jazz from 1965-1971.
